Software Notice

1. Scope of Notice

This distribution notice applies to every piece of software or code provided by SIG Labs through our websites, repositories, or services. It covers both proprietary commercial utilities and any open-source components explicitly bundled with them.

2. Commercial Software

Unless governed by a separate written Enterprise Master Services Agreement, all commercial software from SIG Labs is licensed, not sold. Grants are strictly:

• Non-Exclusive: You are one of many users.
• Non-Transferable: You cannot resell, gift, or reassign the license.
• Internal Use Only: For your personal or business operations only. Hosting as a service (SaaS) is prohibited.

3. Open Source Components

We may include Open Source Software (OSS) components. These are strictly governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0). If an OSS license conflicts with this notice, the OSS terms prevail only for that specific component.

Note: The presence of OSS code does not render our proprietary commercial code open source. Our proprietary wrappers and logic remain strictly protected.

4. Compliance & Export Controls

You bear full responsibility for compliance with all local laws and international export regulations.

• You warrant that you are not a prohibited party under US, EU, or local sanctions lists.
• You agree not to export or re-export our software to restricted jurisdictions.
• You will not use our software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Critical Restrictions

To protect our intellectual property, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license termination and legal action:

• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from compiled binaries.
• Circumvention: Bypassing license keys, seat limits, or time-bombs.
• Unauthorized Distribution: Uploading our binaries to public repositories or file-sharing sites.

6. No Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

SIG Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
