Media & Brand License

1. Scope of Grant

This license governs the use of digital assets (photographs, videos, logos, and press kits) provided by Alona's Leisure Group. By downloading or accessing these assets, you are bound by these terms.

2. Permitted Editorial Use

Qualified press and media outlets are granted a limited license to use our assets solely for:

• News reporting and legitimate editorial commentary.
• Non-commercial travel reviews and feature articles.

Condition: All use must be accompanied by the credit: "Courtesy of Alona's Leisure Group".

3. Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following uses are forbidden and constitute a material breach of this license:

• Stock Libraries: You may NOT upload our assets to Shutterstock, Getty Images, Unsplash, Pexels, or any stock media platform (free or paid).
• Merchandise: You may not use our assets on physical products for sale (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, posters).
• Modification: You may not distort, recolor, or significantly alter our imagery or logos.

4. Brand Guidelines

Our logo and name are the face of our business. When using our Brand Assets:

• Do not crowd the logo; maintain clear space.
• Do not use our logo to imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
• Do not display our brand in connection with unlawful, hateful, or objectionable content.

5. No Warranty

Assets are provided "as is". We make no representation that the use of assets will not infringe third-party rights (e.g., model rights for persons depicted). You utilize these assets at your own risk.
