These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alona's Leisure Group. Your use of our website, venues, or services constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and our specific cancellation policies:

• Guarantees: Valid payment methods are required to secure all reservations.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive will result in strict cancellation fees up to the full booking amount.
• Modifications: Changes are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.

3. Guest Conduct

We maintain a strictly professional and safe environment. We reserve the right to immediately evict any guest who:

• Engages in unlawful, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
• Damages property or threatens the safety of staff or other guests.
• Violates our non-smoking or noise policies.

4. Payments & Invoicing

You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order or stay. We reserve the right to pre-authorize payment cards prior to arrival. All invoices are due immediately unless credit terms have been strictly agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alona's Leisure Group shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct fees paid for the specific service in dispute.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this jurisdiction for any disputes.
